Dear Parents and Friends of RBGSL: Rancho Bernardo Girls Softball League (RBGSL) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a safe, enriching environment for our girls to learn the game of fastpitch softball. It is the sponsors, Board of Directors, and coaching volunteers who together create this atmosphere. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to sponsor the Rancho Bernardo Girls’ Softball League for the 2008 season (“RBGSL “). As our girls prepare to start a new season, the Board hopes it can count on your support. With your help, our players are looking forward to another successful year. This year, RBGSL is attempting to help our Sponsors, help our girls. It is our intent to provide you with great exposure on an advertising basis as well as provide your business with a great tax benefit as well. Our program for the 2008 season works like this: each Sponsor will benefit from direct family business as we will now ask parents to carry with them our RBGSL Coupon Book, which will offer a small discount at our participating Sponsors businesses, which then provides you with an opportunity to track our loyalty as we commit to frequent those businesses in the community that support our Girls! Additionally, we are offering Sponsors the opportunity to get great exposure at the park each and every weekend as your business can also be represented “On The Fields” with Flags and banners that let the parents, Grand Parents and spectators know exactly who supports our girls.
RBGSL 2008 SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
The girls in our league depend upon the generosity of local businesses to support their efforts. By becoming a sponsor, you provide a valuable resource for the girls in your community while also promoting your business to their families and friends. Your contribution to RBGSL will be used to purchase equipment and uniforms, and to pay for much needed repairs to our fields. These sponsorship dollars also pay for preparation of our fields and this year for certain special projects long needed by the league. In short, we could not continue to provide a high quality sports program for our girls without your generous support. In fact, successful is exactly what we have been in the past few years as our girls have competed and won at the State, Regional and National Levels. RBGSL is now recognized as one of the very best recreational softball programs in the Nation. Please consider becoming part of the success that our Girls are experiencing, it is the power of community that in fact empowers our youth. It is the Leadership demonstrated in our community that sets Rancho Bernardo apart from other communities in the country and it is the support that we give our children that develops these young people into great citizens now and in the future.
